According to Senator Shehu Sani, ending the lingering fuel scarcity is more

 pressing than the unbundling of NNPC by the FG. The Minister of State for

 Petroleum resources, Ibe Kachikwu, announced the unbundling of NNPC into

 7 units yesterday March 8th. Who agrees with him
